| When running on WM6, you may encounter problems
described as below: |
Abnormal status
display in Skype
If you install the latest Skype software and connect to the internet, you may
find that a tick always appears next to “Offline”. This is known to be an
incompatibility problem of Skype on the new OS. However, this will not affect
the functionality of Skype on your system in any way. You may switch modes by
manually tapping your desired mode on the touch screen. Your contacts will
still be able to see your online status.

| 2. What models may be upgraded to WM6? |
| As this event is a promotional event for
Microsoft’s release of WM6 and is available for a limited time only, we offer
WM6 upgrades for GSmart i300. The upgrade will not be available for previous
models. All our new models will be built in with Windows Mobile 6. |

| 3. How do I know which operating system my
GSmart is running on? |
| Please go to Start > Settings tab > About
> Version tab.

| 4.I can’t find Scheduler, SMS Scheduler, and
Pocket Ghost on my GSmart i300 after the upgrade. |
| Upgrading to Windows Mobile 6 will remove Scheduler,
SMS Scheduler, and Pocket Ghost from the system. After upgrading, if you would
like to back up any data, please go to Programs > Tools > Spb Backup
instead.

| 5. After the upgrade, I can’t sync my GSmart
i300 through ActiveSync anymore. |

ActiveSync 4.5 or later versions. Please download it at

| 6. Why can’t I find some of the applications
that were available on WM5? |
| Some of the applications are installed from the
CUSFILE folder, which is one of the three files contained in the zip file you
downloaded. If you can’t find the applications on your device after upgrading
to WM6, it is most likely that you did not successfully install the CUSFILE
onto your device. Please make sure you have copied the entire CUSFILE folder
onto your miniSD card, and then follow the installation steps again. If you
can’t find the CUSFILE folder nor the unzipped files, please download the WM6
upgrade zip file from our website again,
and then go through the installation process.
